OREGON 97 477 May 7, 1980 97477 346 MAIN STREET 726-3753 Dear I{r. Hartsock: A recent inspection of a house located at 379 North 19th Street, Springfield, Oregon, found it to be in violati-on of the Uniforn Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield. We understand that you are the owner of this house. The automatic washer drain line is 'inadequately connected to the sanitary sewer causing leakage of waste water. Approximately 2 to 4 inches of waste is standing under the house causing a potential health hazard. The faulty drain line must be properly connected to the sanitary sewer system and the waste water under the house must be pumped out. This must be completed by ten (10) days from the date of thi-s letter (May 77, 1980). At that time, a follow-up inspection of the property will be conducted to determine compli- ance with the Springfi-e1d Housing Code. Your anticipated cooperation is appre- ciated. Please direct all inquiries to the Springfield Building Division at 726-3753. ,Sincerely, ,/ :"(./ ( t-' Roy Bordeaux .ii,irt-y' Plumbing Inspector €0,' RB : SJ/ lj SaIly Johnson Environmental Inspector Joseph Leahy Assistant City Attorney ^ -80r-/' cc CERTIFIED LETTER 0/
