THS SURVEY WAS PERFORMED AT THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER LISTED IN THE DECLARATION
FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBDIVIDING THE LAND DESCRIBED HEREON, INCLUDING A REPLAT OF
A PORTION OF BLOCK 1 OF PACKER SUBDIVISION, IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
OF TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION APPROVAL AS SET FORTH BY THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD PLANNING
DEPARTMENT FILE NO. 81 1-21-000078-TYP2 AND THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 92 OF THE
OREGON REVISED STATUTES. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS WORK IS THE MONUMENTED
EAST MARGIN OF 35TH STREET AS BEARING NORTH PER PACKER SUBDIVISION AND PER LANE
