BARGAIN AND SALE DEED
Laura Romine, Personal Representative of the Estate of Mazie Maxine Auxier, deceased,
Grantor, conveys to Laura Romine, Grantee, an undivided one-half interest and to Ronald
Auxier, Grantee, and undivided one-half interest in the following real property situated in Lane
County, Oregon, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block I of Packer Subdivision as platted and
recorded at page 25 of Vol. II Lane County Plat Records in Lane County, Oregon:
Running thence 146.6 feet north along East line of said Block I, thence Westerly 279.3
feet parallel to north line of said Block I, thence South 143.6 feet parallel to East line
of said Block I, thence East 279.3 feet along South line of said Block I to point of
beginning, all in Lane County, Oregon.
The true consideration of this conveyance is other than monetary.
