Approval of a Minor Variance of 27% for Street Frontage requirements is the minimum necessary solution for successfully alleviating the dimensional constraints regarding this proposed tentative partition. 3, where applicable, the request shall result in the preservation of on-site trees 5 -inch dba and above No trees will be impacted by approval of this variance. 4- The request shall not impede adequate emergency access to the site.
