One ABC 5 lb. fire extinguisher will be required. Electrical The following conditions represent potential hazards in the electrical system which compromise flrre and life safety and shall be corrected promptly: A.Grounding type receptacles that have been used as replacements for existing non- grounding types shall be connected to a grounding conductor installed per N.E.C. 210-7 (c) or exception to N.E.C. 210-7 (d). The two circuit fused disconnect located below the main service shall be replaced or removed and a properly protected feeder and over-current protection device shall be installed to feed the existing (but newer) sub-panel located in the garage. The exhaust fan wire located in the kitchen shall be removed and/or properly wired if the fan is to be used. The above items are requirements for the existing structure only. Other items such a parking, paving, site improvements, sidewalks, etc., have not been addressed as'part of this inspection, and may be required through the site review process. Please contact the Planning Division of this office regarding any necessary improvements to the site. Building permits must be obtained for the above items which involve repairs or modilications to the structural, electrical, plumbing or mechanical systems of the building and for any additions or revisions you wish to make to the building.
