Dear Ms. Whitaker,
Please consider your request for 120 additional days to locate proof of legal non-conforming use status
regarding the second residence at36l l/2 N. lTth Street accepted. The timetable for submitting proof or
removing improvements made without permits and/or land use approvals is extended to July l, 1996
instead of the March l,1996 deadline contained in my correspondence dated January 26, 1996.
