wlth the Ordinances of the Cily of Springfield, and the Laws

herein, and that NO OCCUPANCY will be made of any
structure without perrnission of the Building Safety Divislon.

are in compliance with ORS 701.055 wlll be used on thls
proiect.

requested at the proper tlme, that each address is readable
