The electrlcal system has been improperly,altered.and maintained and constitutes hazardous

Reinstall the wiring serv'ing the water heater and the additional wiring in the
garage area that wai not inital'led in accordance with the applicable code standards
at tne time of its installation. E.S.C. ll0-B
The plumbing system is badly deteriorated and has been improperly ryil!?ined and falls
inio'the caleg-ory of hazard6us plumhing as described in Section J001 (f) of the Uniform
Housing Code is idopted by the City of-springfield. Although.the exislil_9 plumbi!9 mqv
have m6t the standai-Os of the Code that was in existence at the time of its installation'
Jit...iioni and/or improper maintenance require corrections to be made in accordance with
both the Uniform Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfield and the current
Oregon State Plumbing Specialty Code (P.S.C.).
l) The dishwasher drainage piping shall be reinstalled as to prevent siphonage from
other fixtures. P.S.C. 608
2) The waste drainage piping shal'l be properly supported ln_accordance with the in-
stallation standirdi ior-each type of pipe being used. P.S.C. 407
3) The black wrought iron waste piping shall be removed and replaced with correctly
sized approved materials. P.S-C. 401
