A search of our records indicates that a permit for the installation of a
wood burning appliance at 357 N. 16th, Springfield, Oregon, permit 851105
has now expired. Our records also indicate that the appliance
i nstal I ati on was not approved at the I ast i nspecti on and that no
subsequent inspection has been requested to verify that the corrections
have been comp'leted.
The i nsta'l'lati on of th'is appl i ance must be i n accordance rvith the
requirements of the State Specialty Codes or the appliance must be removed
and an inspection made to verify removal.

sha'll be abated within ten (10) days from the date of th'is letter, and a
request for reinspection shall be made.

Division at 726-3759.
In the event that you have not taken correct'i ve action within the
prescribed time limits this matter wi'll be referred to the City Attorney's
office for further action.
