My neighbor is a journeyman electrician and he has already spoken to SUB and they said that it would be OK with them. I agree that I will not rent this structure out or convert it into a apartment. I also agree that if I should ever sell I will inform the new owners that the electrical service must revert back to a single service from the house. I hope this letter will satisfy your requirement.
