Dear Mr. Ward:
As per our telephone conversation the week June 22nd 1998 this letter is a request that I
be allowed to obtain an electrical drop independent from my residence. my new garage is
located next to a power pole that could feed a new service for the garege. My neighbor is
a journeyman electrician and he has already spoken to SUB and they said that it would be
OK with them. I agree that I will not rent this structure out or convert it into a apartment.
I also agree that if I should ever sell I will inform the new owners that the electrical service
must revert back to a single service from the house.
I hope this letter will satisfy your requirement.

Pursuant to our telephone conversation on July 1 5 l99l , I agree to pay the
SDC chargcs upon issuance of a building permit fbr my new garage locerted
at 2406 N. I 5th Springficld Oregon.
I understand that I will be issued a permit for the foundation at a cost of
$55.24. I also understand that the value of the SDC perrnit is based on a
charge of $0.216 per square foot of Impervious surface.
