NOTICE TO APPLIiANT : Before a permlt'wil1 be lssued Eo move a butlding
in the City of Springfield, the following requirements shall be met.

1. Furnish legal description of property the house will be moved to,
'and plot, foundation, and footing plan (2 sets).
2. Contact telephone eompany and water board- --
3 File with City of Springfield a $1,000.00 Performance Bond for each
building to insure completion of house to satisfaction of Building
Department,.
4 Secure permission from Park Dpartment and Property owners if trees
are involved.
5. Furnish proof of a State permit, if applicable.
