SUBJECT: 740 N. 14th Street, housing inspection
Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bolt:
At your request the Building Department of the City of Springfield made a housing
inspection on July 11, 7977 at 740 N. 14th Street.
The following items shall be repaired or replaced to conform with the Uniform
Housing Code as adopted by the City of Springfiled:
1.) The rotted floor in the ditchen shall be repaired.2.) Additional ventilation required jn the attic. Approximately 600 square
inches.
A door with a latch shall be installed on the craw
A Firewall shall be installed on the garage side o

Secure dryer receptacle to wall and remove wire that has the insulation
damaged.
The range shall be grounded.

All applicable permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work shall be
inspected before a Certificate of Compliance wjll be issued.
