REQUTRED INSPECTIONS
It is the responsibility of the permit holder to see that all inspections are
made at the proper time. To request an inspection, cali- 726-3769
(recorder), state your City designated job number, job address, type of
inspection requested and when you will be ready for inspectj-on. Requests
received before 7:00 a.m. wil-l be made the same workj-ng day, requests made after
7:00 a.m will be made the fol-lowing work day.
Special Inspections: In accordance with Section 306 of the State Specialty Cod.e
a special- inspector sha11 be employed by the Owner/Contractor during
construction of any following "*" work. A copy of t.he special testing reports
shal1 be furnished to Building Safety.
In addition to the inspections specified, the Building Official may make or
require other inspections of any construction work to ensure compliance with
the Building, City or Development Code.
FOOTING - After trenches are excavated.
FOITNDATION - After forms are erecLed but prior to concrete placement.
HIGH STRENGTH BOLTING - To be done during constr by State Certified
Special Inspector. Results provided to Cj-ty euilding Division.
FRAMING - Prior to cover.
STORM SEWER tINE - Prior to filling trench.
FfNAL FIRE - When all Fire Department requirements have been met.

FINAL BUILDING - When all required inspections have been approved and
the building is complete.

NO OCCUPANCY will- be made of any structure without permission of the
Community Services Division, Building Safety. I further certify that only
contractors and employees who are in compliance with ORS 701.055 will- be
used on this project.
I further agree to ensure that all requj-red inspections are requested at the
proper time, that project address j-s readabl-e from the street, that the
permit card is Iocated at the front of the property, and the approved set
of plans wil-l- remain on the site at all t.imes during construction.

Performed arbitratron inspection on the 314" A-325 lugh strength bolts in the steel building
structural steel connections. Connections appear snug and all bolts were checked with a
calii:rated torque wrench set at 350 ft.lbs. Bolts will meet and/or exceed the torque values noted
