Copy of dead with legal description
Property is in urban growth boundary, services and city limits are across Mt Vernon Road from
the property.
Property has a failed septic system. A portable Buck toilet has been ordered and will be
installed 1/11/2022. The septic tank has been pumped a second time in under 2 weeks, on
Friday January 7. Best Septic did an evaluation. The tank is 500 gallons, the baffle has
broken and is no longer in place. The water from the drain fields back drains into the tank
causing it to fill up.
The well water was found to be contaminated with bacteria. We have had the well shocked by
Casey Jones company but the tenant has been instructed not to use the water for drinking.
We suspect the ground water may re -contaminate the water.
The tenant has very limited capacity for using the drains. She was a tenant when we
purchased the property and has lived there for decades. She very much wants to stay.
We would like to have this process expedited to be able to provide necessary services to the
tenants, Linda Jones and her daughter Melissa.
Questions:
1. What exactly do I need to provide in the application? I have some limitations i.e. no printer
that will print 11 X17 sheets. Is this necessary? I need guidance based on the scope of
this project.
2. Is it possible to expedite the process?
3. What are the expected total costs?
4, Will legal description in the deed be sufficient for the legal description? (attached)
5. Do I need to hire a professional to assist in the process? Would it be an attorney or?
