At the Board of Appeals meeting held on July 14, 1983, the Board of Appeals rendered
the following decision regarding the above referenced variance request:
XX APPROVED DENIED
FINDINGS OF FACT:
1) The size and location of the building are such that the general intent of the
Code is met.
2) The proposed location of the structure meets the fire separation requirements of
the State Structural Code and Fire and Life Safety Code and does not encroach on
the Public Utility Easement.

Setbacks to be as shown on the plot plan subnitted with variance request.
