Thanks for the updated list for all that you need covered.
I've created the record, 811-21-000327-TYPI for the Zoning Verification Letter.
To make payment online: Go to httos://aca-oregon.accela.COM/oregon/
Click on the Planning tab, in the Record tt box enter 811-21-000327-TYP1 to search for the record.
On the Payments drop down, select fees then click pay fees.
I've invoiced the Postage Fee, $365.40.
Please let me know when the payment is complete.

The title agent provided the below:
The zoning verification letter should include the zoning classification, permitted and
restricted use(s), and compliance information regarding a) area, width, or depth of the
land as a building site for any structures, b) floorspace area of any structures, c) setback
of the structures from property lines, d) height of structures, and e) required number of
parking spaces. The letter should also include any other pertinent facts regarding the use
of the properties as a mill site.

Ok, I can issue something with just that information. Maybe double check with someone
to ensure we cover everything you need. So double check and then provide a numbered
list of all information required.

I do not. The title company is requesting the zoning letter includes the
zoning classification and what types of uses are permitted under that
classification. This is my first time request a zoning letter, please let me
know what information I can provide.

any comfort no one in Philadelphia knows what to do in
the snow either. I spent 18 years living in Maine and
they are basically clueless as well (but with way more
experience) I hope you can enjoy it a little, it is

as it relates to the property locate at 2509 Main Street,
