General deterioration such as insulation breaking away fron the conductors .oftheorigiona1wiringisapotentia1firehazard. 2. Altered and added wiring to the interior wiring has not been installed in "':.: accordance with minimum code requirements thereby creating additional chance of shock or fire Becauseofthehazardousconditionoftheinteriorwiringsystemitisrecommended that the interior wiring be rewired to neet ninimum code standards NOTE: The electric service was recently installed and is approved up to this date. The Oregon Electrical Specialty Safety Code Rule 814-22-L1O (1) states that elec-trical work performed on property that is for rent, sale or lease shaIl be done by a licensed electrical contractor. Wash water overflows onto the floor and drains along west wal1 into basement ejector punp. Have drain line cleaned. A stall shower has been built on basement fLoor and f,ramed with untreated lumber and covered with corrigated fiberglass roof panels. This shower also drains indirectly into basement sump pit.
