Division Staff must be able to contact appropriate
persons regarding design information or job site

Abbreviated Plumbing, Mechanical, & Electrical SchedulesA. Except where blank spaces occur in the descriptionportion of the Mechanical and Electrical Schedules,the appiicant need fill-in only the No. Boxes adjacentto the appropriate item(s) to be instajledB. Full PIumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical Schedules
are available at the Building Division1. To conserve space on the permit form the schedules
have been abbreviated2. If the item(s) to be installed are not covered onthe abbreviated schedules you should consult thefull scheduiesC. BUILDING DIVISION STAFF WILL FILL OUT ALL FEES AND
CHARGES ON THE SCHEDULESD. As noted on the CAP, the label must be delivered to theelectrical contractor for signature by his electricalsupervisor. The general contractor is not authorized

Fees and Charges
P'lan check fees are due and payable at the time of theapplication, and no plans will be processed until thesefees are paid. All other fees and charges are due andpayable when the permit is issued.

In going through our files we came across a build'itng permit for:

a foundation to be installed under a residence at 608 North 8th Street,
Building Permit No. 793486
The project was last inspected on May 20, 1980
The 1979 0regon State Building Code, Section 303 (d), explains that any building
permit for which work is not started within 1.80 days of issuance, or if work is
suspended for a period of 180 days, the bui'lding permit shall expire by limita-
tion and become null and void.
Since the only verification this division has of work being done on a project
is by the inspections performed, we do not know what the status of your project
is. If you have proceeded on this proiect and are ready for inspection please
call 726-3769 and request the necessary inspection. If conditions beyond your
control have prevented you from proceeding on this project, please submit aletter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the Building 0fficial
may extend your application for a specified period of time. If this building
permft is allowed to expire, it will be necessary to obtain a new building permit
and a permit fee amounting to one-half of the original permit fee for such workwill be due.
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you
have cancelled this project and we will clear our files of all related material.If you have any questions concerning this matter please contact the Springfield
Building Division at 726-3753. '.
