If the item(s) to be installed are not covered onthe abbreviated schedules you should consult thefull scheduiesC. BUILDING DIVISION STAFF WILL FILL OUT ALL FEES AND CHARGES ON THE SCHEDULESD. As noted on the CAP, the label must be delivered to theelectrical contractor for signature by his electricalsupervisor. OREGON 97 477 December 18, 1980PUBLIC WORKS CERTIFIED LETTER 346 MAIN STREET 726-3753 Mr. Larry W. 0l tman 1362 South 2nd Street Springfield, Oregon 97477 Dear Mr. 0ltman: In going through our files we came across a build'itng permit for: . a foundation to be installed under a residence at 608 North 8th Street, Building Permit No. 793486 The project was last inspected on May 20, 1980 The 1979 0regon State Building Code, Section 303 (d), explains that any building permit for which work is not started within 1.80 days of issuance, or if work is suspended for a period of 180 days, the bui'lding permit shall expire by limita- tion and become null and void. Since the only verification this division has of work being done on a project is by the inspections performed, we do not know what the status of your project is. If you have proceeded on this proiect and are ready for inspection please call 726-3769 and request the necessary inspection. If conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding on this project, please submit aletter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the Building 0fficial may extend your application for a specified period of time. If this building permft is allowed to expire, it will be necessary to obtain a new building permit and a permit fee amounting to one-half of the original permit fee for such workwill be due.
