Dear Mr. Purcell:
A recent observation of your property located at 2232 Notth 9th Street, Springfield,
Oregon reveals that it is in violation of the following City Codes:
Section 6.04 (b) and (c) of the Springfield Conprehensive Zoning Code relative
to side and rear yard setbacks. (copy attached)
An accessory building on your property is in violation of the 5r required side
yard setback and the 10' required rear yard setback.
Therefore, by ten (10) days fron the date of this letter (July 7, 1981), the above
described conditions must be corrected in orddr to conform to City Codes. Un1ess
you comply with this requirement or show cause why it should not be complied with,
further-action may be taken under the Codes of the City of Springfield, Oregon. We
trust that your compliance will make such action unnecessary.
