The following conditions must be met at l0l9 2Eth Sfieeq Springfie[ Onegon to succpssfully complete the MDS prooess: The following standards shalt be met within 90 days of approval of this application or a bond or security deposit mustbe posted forthis work. -/ Street Trces: Springfield Development C,ode (SDC) 35.050 requires ste€t trees spaced at 30 foot int€rvals, except where there are physical restrictions. Street trees shall not be planted closer than 35 feet from thc perpendicular curb line of intersections of streets, nor within 5 feet of allep, private driveways, fire hydrant, or utility poles. l-/ Required landsceping: 5 foot wide planter strip located along the frontage of 28th Street shall be covered with at least 65 percent living plant materials within 5 years of the date of installation. Ifthe value ofthe paving exceeds S10,000, the project may be completed within a 3 year time period providing a bond or security deposit equal to the value of the paving is provided" If the cost of the paving is less than $10,000, the prcject must be completed within a2 year time period providing a bond or security deposit is provided. If the paving is deferre4 an estimate of the cost to insoall this improvement must be provided . The applicant agrees to accept no asbestos, garb4ge, particle board, metal.s, or wood products. 1.
