In response to a complaint, Electrical Inspector Dave Gadomski and I performed aninspection at your home on 521 5h street on July 31, 2000. At that time we foundstructural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work'OeinjOone with out the requiredpermits or inspection approvals. You told me your ar.chit6ct was preparing plans and wewould meet and discuss them on September 7h or 8h,iooo. The meetind,ier., toor.place and the plans were not completed or submitted.' I then agreed to wait until youreturned from your trip to Europe. At that time you assured *J$,ut il u piini would beready the first part of tle year, and permits wouid be purchased.
