Thank you for your letter and the information concerning your construction project. You
are @rrect that I was unaware that your construction plans had been submitted to our
ofEce.
Please disregard the deadline stated in the letter I mailed to you dated March 27,2001. I
have begun to process the plans you submitted, and if changes are made in the future, we
can issue a change order for revisions. I can see no reason at this time why permits
cannot be issued for the work in that is already in progress and start the inspection
process so we can assist in completing your project in a timely manner.
