This letter is in follow-up to my telephone conversation of April 16,20M with
Mr, Barhart. As I indicated, we represent Anthony and Paulina Morgali in connection
with claims against Great Western Homes and Geoma;c Engiaeering iegarding propcrty
damage to their manufactr:red home. Their manufactured home was built at jsj South
Fifth Street, Springfield, Oregon 97477. Pursuant to Oregon's public records laws, please
provide me with a copy of all documents in the City of Springfield's files frrom l99g to
present regarding the Morgali's lot.
