ORDINANCE NO. 1 - AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY (4012 JASPER ROAD) TO THE CITY OF SPRINGFIELD AND WILLAMALANE PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT; WITHDRAWING THE SAME TERRITORY FROM THE WILLAKENZIE RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT; ADOPTING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 5. Authorize City Manager to Execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement for 34.09 Acres of Property (Tax Lot 18-02-04-00-01511) located in Southeast Springfield, for the purpose of Wetland Mitigation for the Jasper Trunk Sewer Extension Project.
