I have attached the completed application along with the proposed Site Plan. I have also included the
survey for your reference. Items we are hoping to address as part of the meeting are listed below. My
client will call and pay the application fee over the phone if you can let me know what number they
should call. Let me know if there is anything else you need in order to get this scheduled.
1. Feedback on the site plan
2. What the permitting process for this project be/submittals/review and approval times, etc.
3. Requirements/approval process for any work done in the 1-105 right of way (just affects the
southernmost parking stall area)
4. Utility connection points
5. Any specific building material or exterior finish requirements for the building
