This letter is written at the property owners request due to difficulties they are having regarding their mail
delivery for the single family residence located on the above referenced tax lot, commonly known as 565
South 34th Street, Springfield, Oregon.
The property on which the residence is located is Lot 2, Lilac Meadows Subdivision. The individual Tax
Lot assignment has not been forwarded to our office at this point from the Lane County Assessors office to
be more specific.
Please let this letter serve as verification that 565 South 34th Street is a valid address in the City of
Springfield.
