NoTE: AII building permits require inspections for the work aut.horized, such as but not linited to:

and electrical inspectsions have been made and approved.
B. tlood stove: To be made after conpletion of nasonry (if applicable) and when installation is

agency and the manufacturer's installation instluctions.
C. Mobile Bomer An inspection is required after the mobile hone is connected to an approved
EE;rei-G-eptic system for setback requirements, bLocking, footing conneclion, tiedowns,
skj-rting, and plwbing connections.
1. Footings and piers to conply with State foundation requirements for mobile homes or as
recomended by the manufacturer.
2. Mobile hone nini.mun finish floor elevation shall be certifj.ed when required by a flood-plain management letter.
3. $obile home tiedowns, when required, and skireing shall be installed and ready for inspec-
tion within at least 30 days after occupancy. Tiedowns and skirting shall be instalLedper enclosure.
D. Swiming PooI: Below grade when steel is in place and before concrete is poured. Above grade
ilhen pool is installed.

SUBSURFACE AND ALTERNATIVE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEI"IS:
Permits sha1l be effective for one year from the date of issuance.
Upon completing the construction for which a permit. has been issued, the permit holder shallnotify the Lane County Departrent of Planning and Comunity Development by submitting lheinstallation record forn. The Department shall inspect the construction to deiermine if itcomplies with the rules contaj.ned in Lhis division. If the construction aloes conply with suchrules, the Departnent shal.L issue a certificate of satisfaclory completion to the permiti holderIf the construction does not comply with such rules, the Departrent shall notify the permitholder and shall require satisfactory completion before issuing the certificate. Failure tomeet lhe requiremencs for satisfactory completion wiEhin a reasonable tine constitutes a vio-lation of ORs {54.605 to 454,745 and this rule.
