notify the Lane County Depaxtsent of Planning and Comuni.ty Developnent by submitting the
lnstallation record forn. The Deparment shall. inspect the construction to determine if it
complies with the rules contained in this division. If the construction does comply with such
ruIes, the Department shall issue a certlfj.cate of satisfactory completion to the permiti hoLder
If the construction.ioes not comply with such rules, the Departient shall. notify the permit
holder and shaIl requlre satlsfactory completion before issuing the certificate. Fai.lure to
meet tshe requirements for satisfactory comirletion wlthj-n a reasonable time constj.t.utes a vio-
lation of ORS 454.605 to 154.'145 and this ru1e.
