The 100 -year floodplain and floodway boundaries on the site, as specified in the latest adopted FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Maps or FEMA approved Letter of Map Amendment or Letter of Map Revision. • Project Site is located in Zone X: Areas determined to be outside 500 -year floodplain. 6. The Time of Travel Zones, as specified in SDC 3.3-200 and delineated on the Wellhead Protection Areas Map on file in the Development Services Department. • Project site is not located within a Wellhead Protection Area therefore this criterion is non applicable. 7.
