THE MOST WESTERLY, MOST SOUTHERLY AND MOST EASTERLY LOT CORNERS WERE ESTABLISHED AT THEIR RECORD STATION AND OFFSET FROM THE CENTERLINE OF GRAYSTONE LOOP OR COLLIER DRIVE PER THE PLAT OF MOUNTAINGATE WEST AS MEASURED FROM THE NEAREST CENTERLINE POINT OF TANGENCY OR POINT OF CURVATURE.
