NOTICE OF APPROVAL WAS ISSUED SEPTEMBER 4, 2019. THE BASIS OF BEARINGS FOR THIS WORK IS THE MONUMENTED SOUTH BOUNDARY OF OAK STREET PER INFORMATION AND. MAPS OF A SURVEY IN PROGRESS PROVIDED BY POAGE ENGINEERS, A COPY OF WHICH IS ON FILE AT SSW ENGINEERS. MONUMENTS FOUND AT OTHER LOT CORNERS ALSO CONFORMED WELL WITH DATA PROVIDED ON THE POAGE SURVEY AND WERE HELD AS SHOWN HEREON.
