Application is hereby made by the unders'igned property o\./ner for permission
to connect the following described property to a city sanitary sewer line, ourned
and maintained by the City of Springfield, and I agree to pay such a hookup chargeof $q.50 per front foot of the property for the fjrst 150 feet in depth to be
