Based c,n the proposed occupancy, the tsxisting conditions which are mentioned below do not meet the minimum tsuilding Safety Code requirements. Although thisoffice is not responsible for the enforcement of those requi-rements, the Law does provide for a substantial civil Iiability for non-compliance. Electrical Wiring systems in daycare facilities serving more than 20 children shal1 be installed in metal ccrnduit or metal flex conduit. The above i-tems are requirements for the existing structure only. Other items such as parking, paving, si.te i-mprovements, sidewalks, etc., have not been addressed as part of this inspection, and may be required as part of the Sj-te Review process.
