DISCUSSION The items d'iscussed may not include all issues which may be reviewed as pant of the actual appl icat'ion. The bui'lding 'is on'ly 6" from the property'line. Also the zoning of the pnoperty is HI Heavy Industrial; the Metro Plan Designation is CC Community Commercial. Thene is a conflict in the zoning and Metro Plan Designation. The C'ity is currently in the process of preparing 1oca1 Refinement Plans for vanious portions of the City. This pr operty 'is in an area which wil1 not be reviewed by the end of this year. Therefore staff recommends: Application for Discretionary Use approval of an expansion of a non-conforming use (tnis requ'ines Planning Commission approval).
