A permit is required for each logo that is being installed based on the square footage ofthe proposed logo. (5) Illumination From Signs on Non Residential Property. External illumination shall be shielded so that the light source elements are not directly visible from property in a residential zone which is adjacent to or across a street from the property in the non-residential zone.
