a|2537 North 5th Street, Springfield, has a Conditional Use Permit (CUP). The properly was
approved as a day care center in January 1989, Journal Number BU07-123. As long as this
use is not discontinued for more than 90 days and continues to meet state requirements, it will
be allowed.
