RE: Banners
It is our practice to notify businesses when we have noticed, or have received a complaint regarding a
possible violation of the Sign Code on your property.
Information has been provided to me by Code Enforcement staff indicating you have two banners on your
building wall which faces 42nd Street. Banners are allowed by a special permit once a year for a ten (10)
day period. The cost of the permit is $40.00 with a refundable $100.00 deposit provided the banners are
removed by the end of the tenth day. t have enclosed the Code section and an application for your use if
you choose to apply. The banner that is currently located on your property needs to either be removed, or
you can apply for the special banner permit within the next seven (7) days.
