Corrective Action Land Drainage and Alteration Permit
Dear Mr. Knights:
A site visit was performed on November 21,2002by Greg Ferschweiler in the Public
Works Department of the City of Springfield. It was determined by Mr. Ferschwieler in
consultation with the wetland specialist, Terra Associates, Inc. that the restoration plan
for the wetland area was complete.
The single family residence at2258 33'd Street can now receive final occupancy.
The area will need to be monitored, as noted in the report by Terra Associates lnc., and a
copy of the annual report submitted to the City of Springfield.
As stated in the Corrective Action Land Drainage and Alteration Permit, the City may
inspect the work site described in this permit at any time during a one-year period
following the receipt by the City of notice of completion of the described work and
specify, at the City's sole discretion, any additional restoration work required to return
the site to a standard acceptable to the City. The City will have until November 22,2003
to inspect the work. If there is no additional work required by that date, the deposit will
be refunded at that time.
