Cloverdale Apartment Addition DIM Questions.
1. On the north building we have oriented the patio doors to first floor apartments
towards the Oakdale, will this meet the building orientation requirement?
2. Please confirm fire aisle width and building separations required. We intend on installing fire
alarm and suppression at these new three-story buildings.
3. Would a daycare facility for residents only be considered a permitted use should we want to add
this amenity to the first floor of one of the new buildings?
4. Active recreational open space requirement of 3,800 SF can be reduced if interior space is
provided in the form of an exercise facility. The balance of this requirement can be met in more
than one area so long as each individual area's horizontal dimensions are greaterthan 15 LF?
5. Units at the southern side of the development are poorly served by existing parking, is there
code outside of a variance to better park the new and existing units here? 4.6-110 A.1?
