However, this is still a change of use and requires a Land Use Compatibility Inspection (LUCI), a simplified version of the MDS, to ensure the site is still in compliance with the Site Plan approval and to ensure the new use has its minimum requirements. Typically, the stormwatercatch basins need to be cleaned out and additional bicycle parking installed, but we won't knowforsure until we conduct a site visit. The fee is considerably less and a much quicker process. There is no official application all we need is a request email and payment to begin processing the LUCI. The fee is 356.40 and can be paid in person, over the phone, or online once a record is created How would you like to proceed? Andrew Imson
