I apologize, I didn't realize this had recent Sit Plan approval with on-site work completed. However, this is still a change
of use and requires a Land Use Compatibility Inspection (LUCI), a simplified version of the MDS, to ensure the site is still
in compliance with the Site Plan approval and to ensure the new use has its minimum requirements. Typically, the
stormwatercatch basins need to be cleaned out and additional bicycle parking installed, but we won't knowforsure
until we conduct a site visit.
The fee is considerably less and a much quicker process. There is no official application all we need is a request email
and payment to begin processing the LUCI.
The fee is 356.40 and can be paid in person, over the phone, or online once a record is created
How would you like to proceed?
