The site sanitary sewers were engineered to a gradg of 0.00rt,to avoid the requirements fo-.
numerous saniary sewer pump stations. Pipe floru relocities as designed are above 2 FpS at
capacit5t, which will provide for self-cleaning. An access manhole was insalled to facilitaie
maintenance-
All of the underground sanitary sewer and storm sewer lines were TV inspected and ail
defective joints and cleanouB were repaired prior b paving.
The owner has been made aware that, due to the shallow slope. some sedimenalion in rhe lines
Inay occur, and that annual cleaning will be required as part of the facility maintenance schedule.
He will be placing his usual sewer service on call for this work.
