ALSO INCLUDING the easements described in the Declaration of
Easements, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Coast Village,
dated September 26, 1970, at Recorder's Reception No. 21673,
Official Records of Lane County, Oregon, subject to the conditions
and limitations stated therein.

That certain property known as Parcel 1 of Partition Plat No.
97-P0972 by James Ennis Yarnall and Lydia Yarnall, as recorded and
