NARRATIVE REGARDING PARTITION OF 197516TH STRRER
We purchased the property as a rental property. We currently rent out hrdlvuhw
rooms with uti7fties Included at an affordable rate.
We had planned to partition the property from the beginning and started the process in
2006.
We recently had considered adding an ADO only to discover that the size and medium
density zoning prohibited us from doing so. To make the property more usable for
housing we are dividing it into three lots.
