DISCRETIONARY USE REQUEST
The applicant proposes to renovate and expand one of the existing Hamlin Middle School
baseball fields for use by the newly formed Bushnell University and Springfield Drifters baseball
teams. As part of the renovation, there will be an expansion of the seating capacity to 1,900
spectators. Please see the responses below to the applicable code sections.
A Discrotonary Use may be approved only if the Planning Commission or Hearings Official finds that the

applicable, and the following approval criteria:
