I will be spiting the electric/water where they enter the property. Sewer will be connected to current line with clean out at street. I believe that the current siding, roof and other parameters match the homes in the area I am hoping to have a type I ADU. There is a possible need to bring sewer for both properties up to current code. Driveway and side walk on E street will be brought up to current code. There will be fire/sound walls separating ADU, ADU outside storage and remaining area for shop/garage for 5107 E residence. There will be no issues with sewer drop on property with the new line connecting via Y at the corner of property on E Street (see include floor plan) Garage car door height is 95" as a reference for images Property lines :Property lines 51 street 66 FT.
