Plus having all of these medical issues, we had a fire 6 years ago and lost our furnace and south end of this modular home. The house still smells like smoke and continues to hinder our health. My husband is in a wheel chair for mobility and makes it much more of a challenge getting around in a small home. We need much more sf than a 1200sf home. He runs into everything and cannot manipulate mobility in tight spaces. Everything has to be handicap friendly! My daughter has had to move in with us to help with caring for us. We are applying for an Annexation into the city of Springfield for the property located at 186 Deadmond Ferry Road which lies along the North property line with International Way and is within the city's urban growth boundary. International Way separates our property from the city. Our utilities of electrical will remain the same except will all be underground, as we are currently connected to SUB. The same is true with our water which is, at present, Rainbow and will become SUB as of June 30, 2022. According to Rainbow, we will also be hooking up to SUB for our sewer, after annexation. There are not any storm drains available to any of the properties in this area, therefore we are complying with present usage. Annexations are allowed under Gateway Refinement Plan and Metro Plan. Our Annexation agreement is being drafted, presently. Being annexed into the city will not have any significant impact on the area or other nearby or surrounding properties. Attached is our utility plan indicating placement of utilities on the property. Thank you, Sandie Phipps Homeowner I h fev n c +r.ornce_ V A/a.y i ol fl om-C
