Development Issues Meeting for 5236 Main Street ) Springfield, Oregon
QUESTIONS:
1. Stormwater: Will we be allowed to discharge our stormwater into the existing system within Main
Street? Does it have capacity, and could a will -serve letter be provided?
2. Wastewater: Will we be allowed to take wastewater service off Main Street or is the preference to use
the system for the existing apartments?
3. Fire: Does the Site Plan meet the requirements for fire equipment/access? As no new habitable
buildings 150'-0" or more away from the road are being proposed, how does the development need to
address fire access and circulation?
4. Transportation: Is it required to remove the existing access to Main Street?
5. Verify that the two (2) proposed accessory to use structures do not need to comply with new
Development Standards.
