We are purchasing a new Fleetwood 14 x 44 -foot single wide mobile home. Also, at the same time we are completing a lot line adjustment moving our east west or northerly property line to the north by 23 feet. This will make our western property line 206 feet and our eastern property line 176 feet, and the total sq.ft. of our lot to be 22,770 sq.ft We intend on pit setting the mobile home and will have plenty of room to comply with the solar ordinance. We currently care for a 90 year old & a 92 year old in-laws, we intend to use this dwelling for onsite caregivers for our parents.
