Subject: Development/annexation Issues Meeting Questions
Hi Drew, here are the questions that go with the DIM meeting application I dropped off this morning. The property is 17-
02-35-00 3603.
1. How do the current riparian/wetland issues effect the infrastructure/storm water for the site? Does the existing
irrigation ditch running on the souther boundary effect this?
2. How does the city propose access and utilities to the property? Particularly from 74th street where a private
party has ownership of a narrow strip across the end of the street.
3. How does the passage of 2019's HB 2001 effect this proposed development.
4. How can the city help make this development financially feasible for housing? Are their incentives for middle
income, lower income, workforce housing?
Thank you.
