THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO PARTITION SUBJECT PROPERTY INTO 2 PARCELS AS
APPROVED UNDER CITY OF SPRINGFIELD PLANNING CASE NO. 20 -132 -PRE.
THE SOUTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY IS THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF OLYMPIC STREET.
THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF OLYMPIC STREET WAS ESTABLISHED BETWEEN THE
FOUND 5/8" REBAR AND PK NAIL THAT WERE SET IN LPPN 95-P0778.
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PROPERTY WAS ESTABLISHED AT RECORD DISTANCE
ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF OLYMPIC STREET.
THE SOUTHWEST MOST LINE WAS HELD BETWEEN THE 5/8" REBAR USED TO ESTABLISH
THE NORTH RIGHT OF WAY OF OLYMPIC STREET, AND THE FOUND PK NAIL.
THE PC OF THE CURVE ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY, POINT (A), WAS ESTABLISHED AT

THE WESTERLY PORTION OF THE NORTH LINE WAS ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING A
RECORD RADIUS CURVE BETWEEN POINT (C) AND THE FOUND 5/8" REBAR AT THE EAST
SIDE OF SAID CURVE, POINT (D). THE EASTERLY PORTION OF THE NORTH LINE WAS
ESTABLISHED BY HOLDING POINT (D) AND THE FOUND 5/81f REBAR POINT (F), AND
HOLDING POINT (E) AS A CLOSING CORNER FOR ALIGNMENT OF THE EAST LINE.
THE EAST LINE WAS ESTABLISHED FROM THE PREVIOUSLY ESTABLISHED SOUTHEAST
CORNER, THROUGH THE THREE FOUND 5/8" REBARS, SET IN CSF 37533 AND CLOSING
